Terms for governed execution previews and pilots.

These terms govern use of yuvinlab.com and any Yuvin Consequence preview, pilot, or connector that links to them. By using those services, you agree to these terms. A signed pilot, subscription, data-processing, or enterprise agreement overrides these terms where the documents conflict.

Public product demonstrations and benchmark results are development evidence, not an independent security certification, regulatory approval, service-level commitment, or guarantee that a particular workflow is safe.

Each real connector, action, policy, source of truth, recovery path, and deployment topology must be qualified for its intended environment before production use.

You may connect only accounts and systems that you are authorized to use. You must provide accurate task instructions, approval roles, recipients, source systems, and policies. You remain responsible for determining whether a proposed business action is lawful and appropriate.

You may not use Yuvin for spam, phishing, credential theft, surveillance, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, unauthorized access, or to evade another service's safeguards or terms.

Connecting Gmail grants the scopes displayed by Google. It does not authorize every possible email action. Reading, drafting, approving, sending, and verifying are separate Yuvin capabilities and may be limited by organization policy.

You are responsible for recipient consent, marketing and anti-spam requirements, record-retention obligations, and the accuracy of approved content. Yuvin may block or suspend an action when evidence, authority, connection health, or source readback is missing.

Google, model providers, hosting providers, and other connected systems remain governed by their own terms and availability. Yuvin is not responsible for a third-party service changing its API, denying access, delaying a response, or returning incomplete data. Yuvin will not call an ambiguous external result verified merely because the provider returned success.

Keep operator credentials secure, use least-privilege accounts, review requested scopes, and promptly disconnect compromised connections. Notify Yuvin Lab at ml@yuvinlab.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, message contents, or other secrets in ordinary support email.

Yuvin Lab retains rights in its product, website, branding, documentation, and non-public software. Public repositories remain governed by the licenses published in those repositories.

You retain rights in your business data and task inputs. You grant Yuvin the limited permission needed to process that material to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. Feedback may be used without obligation, but it will not include your confidential content without permission.

Preview services may change, pause, or end. Yuvin may suspend access to protect users, connected systems, or the service; to investigate abuse; or to comply with law. You may stop using the service and disconnect connected accounts at any time.

Preview services are provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Yuvin Lab disclaims implied warranties that are not stated in a signed agreement. Yuvin is not legal, financial, medical, compliance, or security advice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Production liability, service levels, indemnities, governing law, and regulatory responsibilities must be set in the applicable signed customer agreement.
