Contact Yuvin Lab

Email ml@yuvinlab.com for product, connection, privacy, access, or deletion support.

Include your organization name, the affected connection type, the approximate time of the issue, and a non-sensitive error message. Never email OAuth tokens, passwords, complete message bodies, or customer secrets.

Connecting Gmail

  1. Open Connections in the Yuvin console and select Gmail.
  2. Select the capability required by the workflow.
  3. Choose the Google account and review the Google consent screen.
  4. Approve only if the displayed account, app name, and scopes are correct.
  5. Return to Yuvin and confirm the masked account and connection health.

Gmail capability levels

Read allows Yuvin to retrieve task-relevant messages. Draft adds the ability to create drafts. Send adds the Google permission needed to send, but Yuvin still requires a separately governed action and source readback before reporting completion.

If a workflow does not need reading, drafting, or sending, do not enable that capability. Reconnecting may be required when a workflow requests additional scopes.

Disconnecting Gmail

Use Disconnect on the Gmail connection page. Yuvin first removes local authority, then attempts to revoke the Google token and deletes its locally stored token material.

You may also revoke access from your Google Account under Security and third-party connections. Revoking at Google prevents future token use but does not itself delete task receipts already retained under an organization's audit policy.

Access and deletion requests

Email ml@yuvinlab.com with the subject "Privacy request". State whether you want access, correction, export, connection revocation, or deletion. We will verify your identity before acting.

If your employer or another organization operates the Yuvin deployment, that organization may need to process the request. Some security, fraud-prevention, legal, or immutable-audit records may need to be retained.

Security reports

Send good-faith vulnerability reports to ml@yuvinlab.com with the subject "Security disclosure". Include reproduction steps and impact, but do not access third-party data, disrupt systems, or exfiltrate information beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue. There is no public bounty program at this time.

Current service status

Yuvin and the Gmail connector are in preview and pilot qualification. Google OAuth verification, deployment-specific security review, connector qualification, and customer acceptance remain distinct gates. This page will be updated as public availability and formal support commitments change.
